Craft A Cornucopia

Ear of Corn:
Ingredients: 1 piece of yellow felt, 1 green popsicle stick, 3-4 light yellow wooden beads, 3-4 light orange wooden beads, 3 yellow or light orange sticker gems, 2-3 yellow google eyes, 1 green popsicle stick.
Step 1. Cut one end off of the green popsicle stick at a sharp angle. Use this piece as a guide to cut a matching shape from the opposite end of the popsicle stick.
Step 2. Cut the yellow felt into a sharp angle at the bottom, then cut the top of the shape into a long, rounded ear of corn.
Step 3. Glue the popsicle stick “husk” to the bottom of the ear of corn.
Step 4. Glue the beads, google eyes, and gems in a scattered pattern on the yellow felt to create ”kernels”.
Tomato:
Ingredients: 1 large red sparkly pompom, 1 piece of dark green felt.
Step 1. Cut the green felt into a round, spiky shape to imitate the green leaves at the top of a tomato.
Step 2. Cut a tiny rectangular stem from the felt.
Step 3. Glue the tomato top to the red pompom and press down hard.
Step 4. Glue the stem to the center of the top of the tomato.
Eggplant:
Ingredients: 1 piece of purple felt, 1 purple fuzzy sticks, 2 green shell paillettes.
Step 1.Cut the purple felt into a long, rounded shape.
Step 2. Glue the fuzzy stick around the outside edge of eggplant shape.
Step 3. Glue the two shell palettes to the top of the eggplant to create leaves.
Pea Pod:
Ingredients: 1 green popsicle stick, 2 light green shell paillettes, 3 small green wooden beads, 1 light green fuzzy stick.
Step 1.Glue the three green beads to the green popsicle stick to create the “peas”.
Step 2. Fold the two light green shell paillettes in half. Glue the inside of the crease to the top edge of the popsicle stick so that the paillettes hang over both sides of the stick.
Step 3. Cut a light green fuzzy stick in half and create a spiral by gently twisting it around your index finger.
Step 4. Glue the spiral to the top of the popsicle stick behind the shell paillettes.
Sweet Potato:
Ingredients: 1 piece of brown felt, 2 brown striped fuzzy sticks.
Step 1.Cut the two brown striped fuzzy sticks in half.
Step 2. Fold each cut piece in half to create four “V” shapes.
Step 3. Glue the four fuzzy sticks together, connecting them at the bottom of the “V” shape you’ve created.
Step 4. Bend the tops of the fuzzy sticks and glue them so that they meet at the top, creating a football shape.
Step 5. Cut small, rounded shapes out of the brown felt to create “eyes”. Glue the eyes to the sweet potato body.
Orange:
Ingredients: 1 orange wooden disk, 1 green leaf paillette.
Glue the green leaf paillette to the top of the orange wooden disk.
Cherries:
Ingredients: 2 dark green leaf paillettes, 2 small red wooden beds, 1 light green fuzzy stick.
Step 1: Fold the green fuzzy stick in half and bend it to create a curvy “stem”.
Step 2: Slide one red bead onto the end of each stem.
Step 3: Glue the two green leaf paillettes to top of the stem.
Squash:
Ingredients: 2 yellow fuzzy sticks, 1 piece of light green felt.
Step 1: Fold each fuzzy stick in half to create two “V” shapes.
Step 2: Glue the two fuzzy sticks together, connecting them at the bottom of the “V” shape you’ve created.
Step 3: Bend the tops of the fuzzy sticks and glue them so that they meet at the top, creating a football shape.
Step 4: Use your thumb and index finger to pinch the top and bottom of each fuzzy stick and bend it into a squash shape.
Step 5: Cut a stem from the green felt and glue it to the top of the squash.
Grapes:
Ingredients: 5 small fuchsia wooden beads, 1 piece of light green felt.
Step 1: Glue two beads together and then glue another directly beneath each bead to create two by two grid.
Step 2: Center the last bead at the bottom and glue it in place to create the “bunch”.
Step 3: Cut a leaf shape from the green felt.
Step 4: Glue the leaf to the top of the bunch.
