Holiday Shipping Update
While we're working diligently to fulfill orders during this busy holiday season, the high volume combined with our carrier partners experiencing unprecedented shipping delays has extended expected delivery dates. What that means for us is that we can't promise you, our loyal customers, that you'll receive your order by Christmas. Carriers need more time to process and ship the historical holiday volume they've received. Because of this, we expect delivery delays of up to 4-6 days on all shipments.
General Shipping Information
At checkout, you will be given an estimated delivery date for your note. Please note that it can take an additional 4-6 days for orders to process through our warehouse. We are working as quickly as we can to get all orders shipped in a timely manner and appreciate your patience during these challenges with shipping.
We have been advised by our carriers that in order to expedite their process, they aren’t scanning all packages upon pickup as they normally would. That means it may take a few days for your tracking information to update, but rest assured your item is being processed and is en route to you once you receive a shipment confirmation from us.
